In meeting needs, the preferences and agreement of residents' will always be sought and used as valuable information to guide individual treatment and formulate care plans.

Residents will continue to enjoy the same rights as any other citizen living in the community.

Residents should be free from the instructions and orders of any person employed or working as a volunteer in the home.
